A small studio, three people
Four treatment rooms above a quiet mews, with daylight, plaster walls and one booking at a time per room. Nobody waits in a corridor, and nobody is rushed out to make space.
Each practitioner keeps to what they know best, so you will see the same person each time if you want to.
Founder and lead skin therapist
Ines
Leads consultations and most facials. Prefers few products, used well, and will tell you when you do not need something.
Brow and lash artist
Mara
Maps every brow by hand before any wax goes on, and works in daylight from the front window whenever she can.
Massage therapist
Theo
Runs the back room and the longer massages. Checks pressure early, then leaves you to drift off.
Your first visit, step by step
Most first visits take about fifteen minutes longer than the treatment itself. Wear whatever is comfortable.
Arrive a few minutes early
Tea, a quiet seat and a short form about your skin, any allergies and anything you would like us to avoid.
Talk it through
Your practitioner reads the form with you and asks what you would like from the time. You decide; we suggest.
Your treatment
We explain each step as it happens, the first time. Say if anything feels too warm, too firm or too much.
Notes to take home
A written card with what we used and a simple routine, if you want one. No pressure to rebook or buy.

Tints and lifts
A free five-minute patch test is needed at least 48 hours before your first tint or lash lift. We will book it with you.
