Port Wren and the harbor towns

Buying or selling on the harbor, with agents who live here.

How selling with us works

Five stages, one listing agent from the first visit to closing day. You decide the pace; we keep you posted at every step.

  1. Walk-through and price opinion

We visit, note what buyers will notice first, and bring back a written price range drawn from recent nearby sales.

  2. Prepare the house

A short list of fixes worth doing and ones to skip. If you want a stager or photographer, we line them up.

  3. Go live

Photos, a floor plan and a written description go out on a date you choose, with the first open house that weekend.

  4. Showings and offers

We schedule showings and gather feedback, then lay every offer side by side so you can compare terms as well as price.

  5. Under contract to closing

Inspection, appraisal and paperwork, with one person tracking every deadline until the keys change hands.

Tell us about the house. A listing agent will reply to set up a walk-through and a written price opinion. No obligation to list.

A short guide to the neighborhoods

Port Wren wraps around one harbor. Each side has its own kind of house and its own pace.

The Point

Shingle cottages on narrow lanes, at the tip of the harbor.

The oldest corner of town, out on the peninsula. Lanes are too narrow for two cars, most houses sit a short walk from the ferry landing, and you can hear the bell buoy at night.

Typical homes
Shingle cottages, boathouse conversions, small lots
Close by
Ferry landing, Town beach, Chandlery and fish market

The team

Four people, each with one job. You will always know who to call.

  • Buyer's agent

    Nell Ashby

Starts with how you want to live, then tours with you until a house fits. Handles offers and negotiation for buyers.

  • Listing agent

    Tomas Reyes-Hale

Prices, prepares and markets homes for sellers. Leads the walk-through and the written price opinion.

  • Transaction coordinator

    June Okafor

Keeps the paperwork, inspections and deadlines on track from accepted offer to closing day.

  • Relocation and second homes

    Callum Pryor

For buyers moving from away: video tours, local contacts and help planning visits around the ferry schedule.

Tell us what you are looking for, or what you are thinking of selling. The right person on the team will write back.
