Roof repairs, replacements, storm response and gutters in Linden Park and nearby towns

Roof leaking?

Call now. A roofer answers day and night, tells you what to do in the next hour, and sends a crew to tarp it as soon as it’s safe to go up.

While you wait: move valuables, catch the drip, and stay off the roof.

What we fix, replace and install

One crew for the whole roof: from a single dripping vent boot to a new roof and gutters on the same visit.

  • Leak repair

We trace the water back to where it gets in, which is often not right above the stain. Flashing, vents, chimneys, valleys and skylights are the usual suspects.

    • Tarping the same day when it's urgent
    • Photos of the cause before we fix it
    • Attic and decking check
  • Storm damage

Wind, hail and fallen limbs. We secure the roof first, then document everything you need for an insurance claim.

    • Emergency tarp and board-up
    • Written damage report with photos
    • Meet your adjuster on site
  • Full replacement

Tear-off to the deck, new underlayment, flashing and ventilation, then shingles or standing-seam metal in the color you pick.

    • Asphalt and metal systems
    • Decking repaired where it's soft
    • Magnetic sweep for nails at the end
  • Gutters

Seamless aluminum gutters cut to length on site, plus guards, downspout extensions and repairs to the ones you have.

    • Cleaning and re-pitching
    • Guards against leaves and needles
    • Fascia repair behind the gutter

How a replacement goes

Most houses spend one to three days with the crew on the roof. Here is everything from the first visit to the last nail.

  1. Day 1

    Inspection

We go up, check the decking from the attic, and photograph every problem area so you can see it too.

  2. Within a few days

    Measured estimate

A written estimate with measurements, materials, the color you chose and a start date. No pressure to sign on the spot.

  3. Install day

    Tear-off and decking

Old shingles come off down to the deck. Soft or rotted boards are replaced and shown to you before they're covered.

  4. Install day

    Underlayment and roof

Ice and water shield at the eaves and valleys, new flashing and vents, then the shingles or metal panels.

  5. Last day

    Cleanup and walkthrough

Magnetic sweep of the yard and driveway for nails, haul-away, and a walk around the house together.

Try a color on the house

Pick the material, then a color. It’s a quick way to narrow it down before we bring sample boards to your driveway.

Weathered slate

Screen colors are approximate. We bring real samples.

Material

Architectural shingle: layered asphalt shingles with a dimensional, shadowed look. The most common roof we install.

Color

Cool grey. Works with white, grey or navy siding.

Questions we get asked

If yours isn’t here, the office picks up during business hours and the leak line never stops.

  • We answer the leak line around the clock and talk you through what to do right now. We go up on a roof once lightning and high wind have passed, usually to tarp the damaged area first and repair properly once it's dry.
